Extraordinary assets
Les Ambassadeurs (Les A), the high-end private members club and casino, has a long association with James Bond. It was in the casino that Sean Connery first spoke the now famous line ‘Bond, James Bond’ in the 1962 film Dr No. To mark the anniversary of the film and celebrate its association with the casino, and to mark the launch of the film No Time To Die, Les A hosted a Bond themed charity evening.
1440 was commissioned to develop and shoot a James Bond themed photo and film using the charity evening as the backdrop. We developed the storyboard, casted models, and then worked with a team of DOP’s, editors, lighting and sound specialists alongside photographer Lee Malone.
At the centre of our output was a film and photography to bring Bond to life. But we went further and created additional assets for Les A, including cut down films for external events and to support award entries, a bank of photography for marketing and the company website, and advertising collateral.
