Extraordinary thinking
Copper Clothing wanted to reach a new market and identified YouTube as the channel to reach that market. 1440 had already produced a successful long-form educational video for the company to show how copper can help with disease and healing skin. And Copper Clothing again turned to us to help them target a younger audience.
We created a series of short, dynamic, lifestyle video adverts to capture the under-45s. With a tight budget and no ability to shoot on set due to the complications of the pandemic we had to create themed, upbeat and uplifting videos, by using only existing imagery and stock footage. It was no easy feat and involved intensive image research to uncover dynamic shots that would appeal to the target audience and also elevate the brand.
Music was key; we needed to capture the audience in the first five seconds on YouTube. We also made smart use of our previously commissioned still life photoshoot to place products in the video.
